Stage 3: Value
(Giving Value to Others)
Greetings my friend!
In this stage, we focus on how to bring value to others and create positive relationships. Here are the key points you need to remember:
This is where we start to give value to others and the real benefits come.
This is how you truly make friends and bring happiness to others.
You create new friends and then have shared goals and accomplish great things together.
Focus on others' wants and needs
Put yourself in their shoes to understand what they want
Consider what value you can offer to those around you
Identify your target audience (yours will be different)
For example, guys around your age who want to work out
Focus on solving their problems
Reach out to your target audience with a helpful and inviting approach
Example: "Want to come train pull-ups with me?"
Bring something to the table when forming relationships
Never give off the vibe that you're only looking for what others can do for you
Offer to organize the workouts and take initiative in bringing value to others
See the benefits of having more friends and positive relationships in your life
By following these tips, you can build strong, positive relationships that will bring value to both you and others.
Stage 4: Scale
(Your Path to Scaling Your Skills and Bringing Value to Your Audience)
I'd like to talk about Stage 4 in your personal development journey.
Here are some key points to keep in mind for this stage:
Focus: The focus is on scaling what has been learned and bringing it to the internet with unlimited potential. (building a personal brand)
Content creation: This can be achieved through content creation such as creating long-form videos on YouTube or a podcast. (Posting daily on Twitter)
Weekly target: Aim to produce at least 2 pieces of content per week that are full of value for your target audience. (It’s great to include longform content like a Newsletter or a Video on YouTube)
Mission: The goal is always to help others and give value to your audience. (Imagine you are working for others for 6 months, Imagine you get paid at the end but the whole time all you are doing is providing value to your audience, you want to help others with your perspective, knowledge and mentor them.)
Start now: Don't waste years of your life waiting to be perfect, instead, develop your skills and grow as you go. (START NOW)
Remember, your audience will grow as you provide them with valuable content and help them in any way you can. If you ever deviate from your mission, make sure to always come back to serving others and giving value.
I wish you all the best in this stage of your journey. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Tomorrow we go into the last Stage, Stage 5: Tribe Leader
